Send Message

This activity helps in sending a WhatsApp message to a verified contact

Properties​

Common​

  • DisplayName Text - The display name of the activity.

  • ContinueOnError Boolean - If enabled the execution wont stop if there is an issue with activity.

Input​

  • Contact ID String - The ID of the contact to which the message should be sent - retrieved from Verify Contact activity.

  • Media Caption String - The Country code for the phone number to verify.

  • Media File Path String - The Country code for the phone number to verify.

  • Message String - The Country code for the phone number to verify.

Misc​

  • Private Boolean - If selected, the values of variables and arguments are no longer logged at Verbose level.

Options​

  • Message Type Message_Type - Choose the message type to be sent - text/image.

  • Recipient Type Recipient_Type - Choose the messsage recipient type to be sent - inidividual/group.

  • URL Preview Boolean - A final flag which returns true if the contact is successfully verified or false if the contact is not available in WhatsApp.

Output​

  • Message ID String - If successful, an ouput with Message ID will be shared for future reference.
